The minivans meet at Place du Québec, where the coaches park; some collect you from selected hotels; and one ride sets off on e-bikes from Parking d'Ornano. The beaches are about 45 minutes away, so you can choose a half day or a full one without losing half of it on the road.
The American Battle Monuments Commission itself points visitors to hotels in Bayeux. Stay a night or two and you can add Mont-Saint-Michel on another day, from the same square. The town is worth the evening too: Bayeux Cathedral, consecrated in 1077, is free to visit. The Tapestry museum is closed for renovation until autumn 2027.
Omaha Beach, Pointe du Hoc and the American Cemetery fit into four or five hours, about an hour at each. The afternoon version collects you from your hotel after lunch, so your morning stays free for the town.
Eight or nine hours add Sainte-Mère-Église and Utah Beach at the western end of the American sector, and some days add the German cemetery at La Cambe. You get five to six and a half hours at the sites, far more than a day from Paris allows.
