How to reach us
Email hello@normandytours.net. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Refund windows differ from tour to tour, from 24 hours to 6 days, and the train day from Paris is non-refundable, so check yours before you write.
Bad weather and too few bookings are the usual reasons an operator cancels, and you are then offered another date or a refund. If a pickup did not arrive, give the time and the address where you waited when you write to the operator.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Meeting points move, fares change, and 2026 has brought works at Pointe du Hoc and a closure notice at the cemetery; the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

The tourist office in Bayeux

Open daily from 9 am to 7 pm in July and August; from April to June and in September and October, 9:30 am to 1 pm and 2 to 6 pm, from 10 am on Sundays and holidays; from November to March, 10 am to 1 pm and 2 to 5:30 pm. Closed 25 December and 1 January. The same office runs desks in Port-en-Bessin, Longues-sur-Mer and Arromanches.
